摘    要:提高伸缩臂式叉装车在装卸货物或铲掘作业时的整机性能,调平机构的总传动力臂成为制约其性能发挥的关键因素,利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱,以提高传动力臂和降低油压波动为目标,建立了优化数学模型,对调平机构的结构尺寸和铰点位置进行优化,仿真表明优化后的尺寸能大大提高叉装车的作业性能的.

Abstract:The transmission force arm of the leveling mechanism is a key factor that restricts the telescopic exertion capability during the loading and unloading of goods or shovel operations.In this paper,a mathematical model of optimization is established,using the genetic algorithm toolbox of MATLAB to improve the transmission arm and reduce the oil pressure fluctuations,then the dimension and the hinge point position of the structure is optimized.The simulation shows that the optimized result can enhance the perf...
