各向异性导电胶膜的导电粒子电性能研究

摘    要:各向异性导电胶膜(ACF)连接线路的导电性能对导电粒子的变形影响很大.对ACF粘接后的导电粒子电阻进行了理论模型的建立,分析了导电粒子变形程度对其导电电阻的影响,并与实验结果进行了比较,吻合很好;在高温、高湿环境下,通过对导电粒子回弹进行有限元模拟,得到了导电粒子回弹量;并分析了回弹粒子对导电电阻的影响以及导电粒子的数量对总电阻的影响,得到了各向异性导电胶膜连接的线路最佳的导电粒子变形量和湿热环境对其的导电性能的影响程度.

Abstract:The electric characteristics connected by anisotropic conductive adhesive film greatly influence the deformation of the conductive particle.In this study,the theory model was set up to calculate the conductive particle resistance after ACF bonding.The effects of the deformation of the conductive particle on its resistance were analysed.The result was is good agreement with the experiments.The rebound of the conductive particle under the high temperature and humidity ambience was simulated using FEM,and the ...
