摘    要:本文描述了高效液相色谱分离测定糙米粉中的水溶性和脂溶性的方法。水溶性维生素的分离用μBondapak C18作分离柱,以甲醇与含有Pic B6,冰醋酸和三乙胺的水作流动相。脂溶性维生素分离用μBondapak C18作分离柱,以甲醇:水=95:5(V/V)作流动相。并系统评估了反相柱上分离七种维生素的控制因素,包括流动相组成和柱参数。


Determination of Vitamins in Crude Rice powder by HPLC
Abstract:A liquid chromatorghy procedure is described for the separation of seven water-soluble and three fat-soluble vitamins in the crude rice powder, respectively. The water-soluble vitamins are separated on a μ Bondapak C_(18) column with a mobile phase containing methanol, herane-sulfonate, acetic acid and triethyl amine. The fat-soluble vitamins are separated on same column with a mobile phase centaining methanol: water=95: 5 (v/v). Factors controlling the separation of seven water-soluble vitamins on reversed phase column were systematically evaluated. Factors studied include both mobile phase constituents and column prarameters.
