YQ探区气井压裂砂堵分析与对策研究

摘    要:压裂是低渗透油气藏开发的有效手段,而砂堵往往制约着油气井压裂的成功实施,影响油气田的开发和产能建设。通过对YQ探区气井压裂施工曲线的分析,将砂堵分为近井筒砂堵和地层内砂堵两种形式。分析认为造成近井筒砂堵的因素主要是地层因素、射孔与井斜因素和压裂液性能等,而造成地层内砂堵的因素主要有隔层效果、储层物性因素、施工因素及天然裂缝等。针对造成两种形式砂堵的具体原因提出了合理的解决对策,为指导以后的压裂设计和施工提供了依据。

Analysis and strategy research on sand plug of gas well fracturing in YQ prospect area

Abstract:Fracturing is an effective measure to exploit oil and gas reservoir with low permeability, while sand plug al- ways restricts the execution of oil and gas well fracturing, and affects reservoir development and productivity construction. Based on the analysis of fracturing curves, the sand plug is classified into near wellbore sand plug and formation sand plug. The main factors, which caused near wellbore sand plug, are strata, perforation, and well deviation, fracturing liquid performance, and so on. And as to formation sand plug, they are barrier quality, reservoir physical properties, implement, and natural fracture, etc. Based on real reason for sand plug, logical resolvents are put forward to provide basic for later fracturing design and implement, and help for exploiting low permeability oil and gas reservoir effectively.
