摘    要:论述了热轧乳液中润滑剂成分和润湿剂对乳液润滑和冷却能力的影响,指出了无论是对优化工艺润滑,还是稳定轧制润滑,都需要直接测量乳液中的润滑酯成分和润湿剂的含量。传统的测量方法并不能直接得到乳液中的润滑酯和润湿剂成分,本文引用FTIR分析技术,直接测量乳液中的润滑酯成分和润湿剂,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The effect of lubrication agent composition and wetting agent of hot rolling emulsion on emulsion lubricating and cooling ability is discussed. Grease composition and wetting agent content of emulsion should be measured directly either for optimization process lubricating,or for stable rolling lubricating. Grease and wetting agent composition can not be obtained directly using traditional measuring method. In the paper, FTIR analysis technology is used to measure grease composition and wetting agent content and good results are achieved.
