摘    要:就水库,库区环境,人三者之间的关系展开讨论,三者是一个相互影响的有机整体,水库的建成蓄水,可为发电,灌溉,饮用等生产,生活提供水源,但水库的建设会给水质,水温,气候,动植物,地质环境等库区及下游的生态和人类健康,工农业生产带来有利或不利的影响,库区居民的活动,水工建筑物的施工等也会造成环境的恶化,水库建设前,应进行人居,环境对水库和水库对环境,人居的影响分析,以决定水库的建设,在水库建设和运行中应加强管理,提高整体效益,增强可持续发展。

Abstract:The reservoir, mankind and environment are an entirety in which they often influence each other. After being constructed, the reservoir can not only supply water for generating electricity, irrigating and drinking, but can also make positive or negative influence on the surroundings around the reservoir such as the water quality, water temperature, weather, animals, plants, and its downstream environment like the ecology, health condition of mankind and so on. What's worse, the activity of mankind, construction of hydraulic structure and others can still deteriorate the environment. Therefore, the analysis on the mutual influence of the reservoir, mankind and environment should be made before constructing the reservoir. In the course of construction, good management should be done to enhance its sustainable development for better benefit.
