高炉瓦斯泥高效利用的实验研究

摘    要:通过对攀钢高炉粉尘利用的分析研究,提出了采用含碳球团直接还原焙烧法处理高炉瓦斯泥的工艺。在本工艺条件下,得到了高质量还原矿和副产品氧化锌粉。实验研究表明,还原矿中全铁 (TFe)达52%~54%、金属铁(MFe)为51%~53%、金属化率(Mη)>95%;氧化锌粉达到:w(ZnO)94%~96%、w(PbO)2%~5%、w(Fe2O3)微量。初步实现了高炉瓦斯泥的高效利用。

Abstract:By analyzing and researching utilization of BF dust, a technology of dealing with the BF gas slime adopting the containing carbon pellet direct roasting reduction method was put forward. Under the experimental condition, the high quality deoxidized mineral and by product zinc oxide powder was got. Laboratory research results indicate that total iron(TFe) in deoxidized mineral is 52% 54%, the metal iron ( MFe) is 51% 53%, metallization ratio(Mη) is more than 95%,and zinc oxide powder ZnO is 94%~95% ,PbO is 2%~5%, Fe2O3 is little. The efficient utilization of BF gas slime is achieved.
