基于人工神经网络气辅注塑工艺参数的预测

摘    要:探讨了运用人工神经网络技术进行气辅注塑工艺参数快速预测的方法。针对生产中常见的气辅制件,选择某一典型制件类型,建立了基于人工神经网络的预测模型。结合正交设计的思想获取训练样本,在MATLAB软件平台上完成预测模型的训练和工艺参数仿真模拟。仿真结果和实例验证表明利用BP神经网络进行气辅注塑工艺参数预测的方法是可行的。

Abstract:This paper discussed the method of building technological parameter forecasting model of gas-assisted injection molding by using artificial neural network.For the familiar GAIM part during production,a typical kind of GAIM part was selected to build the fast forecasting model.By using the thought of orthogonal test to get training samples,the technological parameter forecasting model based on ANN was built and trained on the software platform MATLAB.By the experiment of a similar kind of plastic part,it was shown that BP neural network could be used to forecast the technological parameter of gas-assisted injection molding.
