摘    要:测量不确定度是表征被测量值的分散性,并与测量结果相联系的参数。在此通过对纳氏试剂光度法测定水中氨氮不确定度的来源进行分析,将不确定度分解为氨氮标准使用液配制过程中引入的、样品测定过程中引入的、分析仪器引入的各不确定,并对各个分量进行量化,计算各分量的相对标准不确定度和拓展不确定度,最终给出测定结果报告和评定结果分析。

Abstract:Uncertainty is the parameter that attributes the dispersity of measured value and tied with the determinate value. Uncertainty of the method determining ammonia nitrogen in wastewater was assessed in this paper, the total uncertainty was divided into many pieces, such as preparation procedure uncertainty of ammonia nitrogen solution, sample determination uncertainty, analysis instrument uncertainty and so on. The component uncertainty that affected the result was evaluated, and the result report and analysis for the evaluated result were given in the end.
