气压釜的变形与撕裂失效分析

摘    要:气压釜使用5个多月即发生变形撕裂事故。采用化学成分分析、材料硬度测试、金枉检验分析方法,对气压釜变形撕裂进行了分析。检验结果表明气压釜材质相符,撕裂区域硬度异常并发生了再结晶过程。检验结果与事故发生时气压釜内压力的变化过程表明,长期积累在气压釜顸部增塑剂过多是气压釜撕裂失效的主因。

FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF SEA WATER PUMP VANE

Abstract:The pressure vessel was cracked just after five months. This failure analysis of the pressure vessel was made by chemical composition, hardness test, metallographic test for the fracture. The results of tests show that the material of the pressure vessel is in accordance with nominal material. The hardness of deformation zone is abnormal. The deformation zone recrystallized. The pressure in the pressure vessel and the testing result shows that too much plasticizer in the pressure vessel is the mail reason of this failure.
