| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了当前加热炉出钢机的变频器控制方式与功能特点，然后讲述了PLC控制变频器在加热炉出钢机中的应用，并就某钢铁企业实际的加热炉出钢机控制为例，给出了详细的方案设计并作了具体的实施分析。实际运行的结果表明，系统可靠，可扩展性强，有很强的使用价值。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the transducer controlling method and function characteristics of heater stove tapping machine. Then it explains the application of PLC controlling transducer in the heater stove procedure control system. After that it gives a actual project design and analysis of one steel enterpriser s heater stove tapping controlling. Primary result of debugging shows that this system has running reliability, more expansibility and practical application potential. |
