基于QFD/TRIZ/FCE技术的板式链设计研究

摘    要:阐述了QFD、TRIZ、FCE的理论,提出了QFD/TRIZ/FCE在机电产品开发中的集成模型。并将这一模型用于微波干燥设备的传动机构开发中,成功破解了该微波设备传动中存在的问题,开发了一种同时可以承受拉力和压力的新型链——板式链。降低了设计成本、缩短了设计周期,得到设计的最优方案解。

Abstract:Theories about QFD,TRIZ and FCE were introduced,and their integration model developed in mechanical production was also advanced.The model was used in the design of the driving mechanism of microwave drying equipment.It triumphantly settled the problems in the driving of the microwave equipment,and developed a new kind of slat type chains that can endure pull and pressure at the same time.And it reduced the designing cost,shortened the designing cycle,and got the most excellent designing project.
