| 摘 要： | 简单论述了紫外可见分光光度计（UV—VISS）中光度准确度的重要性；介绍了国内外对UV－VISS光度准确度的主要测试方法。根据实践，对与光度准确度测试有关的几个问题，例如：测试材料、光谱带宽、波长重复性等，进行了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | The importance of photometric accuracy of UV-VIS spectrophotometer is ex-pounded in this paper. The major methods of photometric accuracy test for UV-VlS spec-trophotometer are introduced. Meanwhile, some special problems, such as test materials,spectrum band width (SBW), wavelength reproducibility, and expressing method of photo-metric accuracy,ard discussed. |
