煤矿矿井水处理工程存在的问题及对策

为了掌握煤矿矿井水处理工程现状,对我国北方30余座矿井水处理站进行了调研分析。结果表明,矿井水处理选用工艺合理,技术成熟。但是,矿井水处理工程良莠不齐,存在不少问题,主要有:调节池没有起到良好的调节和预沉作用、一体化净水器处理效果差、土建和安装工程质量较差、消毒系统和污泥脱水系统运行的较少、自动化程度不高、运行管理水平有待提高。通过分析总结,提出了加强建设监理、提高综合管理水平等对策,这对改善矿井水处理运行效果和提高工程质量具有重要的现实意义。

Problems and Solutions for Mine Water Treatment Works

In order to grasp the status of mine water treatment works,more than thirty mine water treatment stations in northern China were investigated.The result shows that the selected mine water treatment process is reasonable and the technology is mature.However,the mine water treatment works vary greatly in quality,and there are many problems,mainly including no good regulation and pre-sedimentation of equalization tank,poor treatment effect of integrated water purifier,poor quality of civil and installation works,less disinfection systems and sludge dewatering systems in operation,not high degree of automation and operation management level needing improvement.By analyzing and summarizing these problems,solutions for strengthening project management and improving the level of integrated management are presented,which have practical significance for improving the operation results and the works quality.
