摘    要:为了经济高效地实现长距离输水管线的水锤防护,分析了抗水锤气压罐的性能,并经过模拟计算,综合运用抗水锤气压罐及其他水锤防护设备,解决了我国西北某长距离平坦输水管线工程的水锤防护问题。模拟表明,长距离平坦输水管线事故停泵的突出问题是管线负压,抗水锤气压罐能有效实现该类水锤的防护;在平坦的输水管线局部增加管线高程,能降低水锤危害;当双线输水时,有必要对特殊运行工况下的水锤防护措施进行校核。此外,还讨论了淹没管道上空气阀的设置问题。

Abstract:In order to economically and effectively achieve water hammer prevention in long-distance water transmission pipeline,the performance of water hammer arrester was analyzed,and after many simulations,the water hammer prevention problem in one flat long-distance water transmission project in northwest China was solved using water hammer arrester and some other protection devices.For the flat long-distance water transmission pipeline,the negative pressure is a prominent reason for pump stoppage due to accident,and the water hammer arrester can effectively achieve this water hammer prevention.To increase elevation in some nodes of the flat water transmission pipeline can reduce the risk of water hammer.When there are two parallel pipelines,it is necessary to check water hammer prevention measures in special conditions.In addition,the installation of air valves on submerged pipeline is discussed.
