| 摘 要： | 以实际调研和统计数据为基础,对"十一五"时期新疆城镇排水设施现状及存在的问题予以分析,并结合国家对新疆的战略发展理念———2010年中央新疆工作座谈会议精神及新时期新疆跨越式发展要求,从七个方面提出了新疆在"十二五"时期城镇排水规划建设的需求方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual research and statistical data,the present status and existing problems of drainage facilities in towns of Xinjiang in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan were analyzed.Combined with the national strategic development concept for Xinjiang in the central work conference on Xinjiang 2010,as well as Xinjiang’s great-leap-forward development requirements in the new period,the demand direction for planning and construction of drainage facilities in towns of Xinjiang in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan was put forward from 7 aspects. |
