MBR工艺应用于城市污水处理的技术风险

摘    要:对MBR工艺应用于城市污水处理中的技术风险进行了系统的分析,预处理的风险、处理能力降低的风险以及自动控制系统的风险是MBR工艺在应用时的主要技术风险。预处理应得到充分的重视,有效的预处理对于保持工艺性能非常关键。为了应对处理能力的降低,合理地设置调节池或膜组件对于保持处理能力非常重要,大型MBR污水处理厂还应准备一套传统工艺以应对峰值流量。小型MBR污水处理厂可以采用一套PLC控制系统,大型MBR污水处理厂应采用两套PLC控制系统,并且采用环状结构连通。

Abstract:The technical risks of MBR process for municipal wastewater treatment are analyzed.The main risks include pretreatment,reduction of treatment capacity and automatic control system.The pretreatment should be enough emphasized,and the efficient pretreatment is crucial to maintain process performance.In order to avoid treatment capacity decline,it is very important to set equalization tank or membrane modules.Large scale MBR WWTP should have a conventional process to deal with a peak flow rate.Small scale MBR WWTP can set one PLC control system.Large scale MBR WWTP should set two PLC control systems,and they should be looped.
