排水管道的桥管伸缩器渗漏处理方案选择

摘    要:针对绍兴市某泵站排水管道的桥管伸缩器出现渗漏的情况,对现状桥管伸缩器结构、所处位置以及桥管受力情况进行了分析。指出伸缩器出现渗漏的主要原因是桥管托脚沉降和伸缩器受斜管拉力所致,可通过补偿沉降量来应对桥管托脚沉降问题,采取伸缩器移位来避免其承受斜管拉力。工程实践表明,采取的措施科学合理,处理效果达到预期目标,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aimed at the leakage at bridge pipe expansion joints for drainage pipeline of a pumping station in Shaoxing City,the structure of existing bridge pipe expansion joints,their position and bridge pipe force were analyzed.The main reasons for the expansion joint leakage were the subsidence of bridge pipe bracket and the pulling force from inclined pipe.These problems could be solved by subsidence compensation for the subsidence of bridge pipe bracket and displaced expansion piece for the pulling force from inclined pipe.The practice showed that the measures taken were scientific and reasonable,and the treatment effect reached the expected target,providing reference for similar projects.
