六角孔网格絮凝系统对低浊水的处理效果

摘    要:采用可调式六角孔网格絮凝系统处理浊度为10 NTU、色度为30倍的低浊水,获得了良好的处理效果。在不同进水流量(150、200、250 L/h)下,对浊度和色度的去除率分别可达(79.0%~90.0%)、(74.0%~85.3%),且处理效果随进水流量的增大而降低;当六角孔网格模块按照网片面积由大到小的方式自上而下排列时,对浊度和色度的处理效果最好。低浊水经多个六角孔网格模块絮凝作用后,絮体的平均有效质量密度为1 287 kg/m3、平均当量粒径为328.70μm、平均自由沉速为12.94 mm/s、二维分形维数为2.58。

Abstract:The hexagonal-hole grid flocculation system was used to treat low turbidity water with turbidity of 10 NTU and color of 30 times.Excellent treatment effect was achieved.When the influent flow rates were 150,200 and 250 L/h,the removal rates of turbidity and color were 79.0% to 90.0% and 74.0% to 85.3%,respectively.The treatment efficiency decreased with increasing influent flow.The treatment efficiencies of turbidity and color were best when the hexagonal-hole grid modules were arranged from top to bottom according to their areas from large to small.Through hexagonal-hole grid flocculation system,the average effective mass density of floc was 1 287 kg/m3,the average equivalent size was 328.70 μm,the average free settling velocity was 12.94 mm/s,and two-dimensional fractal dimension was 2.58.
