| 摘 要： | 保证食品安全的关键在于立法,虽然《食品安全法》对食品的生产、销售环节作了不少规定,但很多标准的制约性不强,已不能适应当前食品市场治理整顿的需要。指出要解决食品安全问题,一是要严加监管,二是对食品安全问题应从源头抓起,防患于未然,三是加大处罚力度,四是做好企业的诚信教育。

| Abstract: | The key to ensure the safety of food is legislation.Although "The Food Safety Law"regulates food production and sales,many standard rules are not strong and cannot adapt to current food market management needs.To solve the problem of food safety,we should establish strict supervision,track down to it’s origin to prevent in advance,increase the punishment,and strengthen the integrity education to the enterprises. |
