摘    要:以某BOT污水处理厂为例,根据该厂的工艺和设备特点,对其电耗组成进行了分析,在保证出水水质达标的前提下,通过部分项目改造、耗电设备运行优化以及加强用电管理等措施,实现了电耗的有效控制,吨水电耗由最初的0.43 kW.h/m3降低到现在的0.30 kW.h/m3,取得了良好的节电效果。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of process and equipment of a BOT wastewater treatment plant,the composition of the power consumption was analyzed.On the premise of meeting the water quality standard,the power consumption was effectively controlled through reconstructing of some projects,optimal operation of equipment,enhanced power management and other measures.The power consumption per ton of wastewater was reduced from 0.43 kW·h/m3 to 0.30 kW·h/m3,achieving a good power saving effect.
