Design of Variable-frequency and Constant-pressure Water Supply System Based on PROFIBUS Bus

In view of the characteristics of water supply for high-rise buildings,a variable-frequency and constant-pressure water supply system is designed using PROFIBUS bus and inverter.The topology and composition of the bus system is expounded.The design principle and working process of the pump motor cycle switching and the realization of a constant control pressure method are analyzed.The establishment method of slave station(inverter) in PROFIBUS system is discussed.The data formats for MM inverter control word and status word are given.This design method is an advanced constant pressure water supply design method,with a larger spread value.
