摘    要:利用高压密闭微波消解技术消解城市污水处理厂污泥样品,并采用氢化物发生/原子荧光光谱法测定污泥中的砷,设定了最佳的样品处理与仪器测定条件。在0.00~200μg/L之间,标准曲线的线性相关系数达0.999 0以上,以称样0.200 0 g计,检出限为0.005 mg/kg。通过测定国家标准物质和加标回收试验,进行了方法验证,其精密度和准确度均能满足污泥环境样品的测试要求。在试验条件下,测定样品中砷的加标回收率为96%~102%,测定结果的RSD<2%。

Abstract:Samples of sewage sludge were digested by the closed and high pressure microwave,and As in sludge was determined by hydride generation/atomic fluorescence spectroscopy(AFS).The experimental conditions for treating and analyzing samples were optimized.The correlation coefficient of standard curve could reach more than 0.999 0 between 0.00 to 200 μg/L(calculated as 0.200 0 g),and the detection limit was 0.005 mg/kg.The method was confirmed by the recoveries of standard additions and standard material.The precision and accuracy of the method met the testing requirement of sludge samples.Under the experimental conditions,the recovery rate of As in the sample was in the rang of 96% to 102%,the RSD was less than 2%.
