洁霉素废水处理工程的改进及应用

摘    要:利用某药厂原有处理设施进行工艺改进,采用预处理/内循环厌氧反应器(IC)/反硝化/硝化工艺处理洁霉素生产废水。运行结果表明:出水各项指标均能达到《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21903—2008),工程投资和运行费用较低,运行效果稳定。

Abstract:Wastewater from the production of linconmycin in a pharmaceutical plant was treated by the combined process of pretreatment,IC anaerobic reactor,denitrification and nitrification using the original facilities for improved application.The operation results indicated that all the indexes of the effluent could meet the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry―Fermentation Products Category(GB 21903-2008).Both the capital cost and running cost were low,and the working performance was stable.
