西江引水工程盾构输水隧洞衬砌形式的选择与设计

摘    要:广州西江引水工程在穿越城区的大型交通枢纽位置采用了盾构隧洞的非开挖穿越方式。该盾构输水隧洞内压高、距离长、埋置深,使得隧道衬砌结构的设计成为制约整个隧道工程安全、保证工程质量和确保按期完工的关键。通过对多种衬砌形式进行比较,最终确定采用钢筋混凝土管片加钢衬的分离式双层结构。从盾构隧洞的基本构造、外衬管片的设计和施工措施、内衬钢管的设计和自密实混凝土的浇筑等方面进行了介绍,以供类似工程参考。

Abstract:In Guangzhou Xijiang water diversion project,the shield tunnel trenchless method was used for crossing under the large traffic junction in the city.The high inner pressure,the short construction time,the long distance and the deep burying made the design of the shield tunnel lining structure become the key of constraining the tunnel project safety,ensuring project quality and assuring completion on schedule.After comparing several lining forms,the separated double-layer structure with the reinforced concrete pipe patch outside and the steel lining inside was chosen.The structure of the shield tunnel,the design of the outside pipe patch and the construction method,the design of the inside steel lining and the molding process of the self-compacting concrete were introduced to provide reference for similar projects.
