摘    要:云南黄金有限责任公司镇沅分公司是一座露天与井下联合开采的岩金矿山,井下生产规模300 t/d,产品为浮选金精矿。矿山采用平硐-溜井开拓方式,中段高度40 m,井下主要集中在对冬瓜林矿段的SⅡ2矿体进行回采。该矿体为占冬瓜林矿段总储量的60%以上,但其开采技术条件复杂、矿岩非常破碎,属难采矿体。试验前采用常规的分层崩落法回采,造成了采矿能力低、采矿损失贫化大和生产成本高等突出问题。近年来,进行了进路分层分条回采分层崩落法的试验研究及生产应用。在此期间,采场共采出矿量11 729 t,出矿品位5.45 g/t,采矿损失率5.01%,矿石贫化率7.89%,获得了较好的技术经济指标。

Abstract:Zhenyuan subsidiary of Yunnan Gold Co. , ltd. is a rock gold mine with opencast and underground mining. The production capacity of underground mining is 300 t/d and the final product is gold concentrates of flotation, the exploitation method of under- ground mining is adit-orepass and the sublevel height is 40 m. The underground stoping mainly focus on sⅡ2 orebody of Donggualin sec- tion, this orebody occupies more than 60% of the total reserve of Donggualin section. This is a troublesome orebody for its complicated min- ing conditions and the fragmentized rock. Before the trial of new method, the conventional top slicing caving method was adopted which lead to the outstanding problems of low mining capacity, high loss rate and dilution rate of ore, and high production cost. The trial research and practical application of slice drift, strip stoping and top slicing caving method has been carried out in recent years with better technical and economic results. During the trial research and practical application of new mining method, the extracted ore amounted to 11 729 t with the gold grade of 5.45 g/t, the ore loss rate of 5.01% and ore dilution rate of 7.89%.
