基于微气泡爆破液相物料纳米粉添加技术研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于微气泡爆破的液相物料纳米粉添加方法。该方法通过流体自激振荡的方式在液相物料内形成一个压力脉动流场,利用微气泡在压力脉动流场中受高频挤压爆破形成的局部冲击和大量微气泡密集爆破在液相物料内部形成的冲击波实现纳米粉在液相物料内纳米尺度均匀分散。设计了相应的添加实验装置,实现了纳米SiO2在环氧树脂EP-20中的均匀分散。

Abstract:A novel nanoscale powder-liquid polymer intermixing method based on diminutive bubbles explosion was pro-posed.The method forms a pulsant pressure flow filed by the way of flow self-excited oscillating.The pul sant pressure flow's high frequency extrusion to the diminutive bubbles will lead to the bubbles explosion.The energy released by bubble explosion and the shock waves formed by vast bubbles explosion was used to achieve nanoscale powder's nanoscale equality decentralization.A nanoscale powder-liquid polymer intermixing preparation equipment was designed.The nanosale SiO2-EP-20intermix experiment shows the high effect of the method.
