氦质谱技术在大型机组泄漏检测中的应用

摘    要:应用氦质谱技术解决实际问题的几例典型例子,阐述了氨质谱技术在汽轮发电机组中的胜任及其中的一系列应用技巧。本文认为,利用氦质谱技术测量精度高的优势,结合科学的诊断方法,解决大型机组的诸多泄漏问题,是氦质谱技术应用的新领域。

Abstract:By citing a few typical examples of practical problem solving with the use of helium mass spectrometry technology this paper expounds the latter's application in turbogenerator leakage detection and recommends a series of specific techniques for its effective use. The authors hold that thanks to its marked advantage in high measurement precision coupled with a scientific diagnostic method the helium mass spectrometry technology has firmly established itself in the new arena of tackling and resolving a variety of leakage problems specific to large sized turbogenerators.
