PVO建筑膜材拉伸异向性能研究

摘    要:以PVC建筑膜材料的单轴向拉伸试验为研究基础,对偏离基材经向0、15、30、45、60、75°和90°七个面内方向的拉伸性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:膜材为典型的正交各向异性材料,其不同方向上的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、初始模量和断裂功均有较大差异,且正交各向异性弹性理论对膜材的初始模量具有较好的预测。在膜结构的裁剪分析中,应尽量使0°或90°方向上的膜材处于主轴受力方向,避免15°和45°方向上受较大的力,以免其遭到破坏。

Orthotropic Behavior of PVC Architectural Membrane Materials under Tensile Loading

Abstract:Based on uni-axial tensile testing experiments of PVC architectural membrane materials, tensile performances of the samples are analyzed in seven in-plane directions including 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°, which deviate from the warp direction of substrate. It is found that membrane materials are classical orthotropic materials. The tensile strength, breaking elongation rate, initial modulus and rup- ture work of membrane materials had great differences in the directions, and theory of Elasticity for Ortho- tropic Plates is suitable for the modulus of the material. In the cutting pattern of membrane structure, the direction of the force on driving shafts should be as far as possible along with 0° or 90° to avoid 15° and 45° along with the direction, so that its destruction.
