四氯化锡催化合成丁酸丁酯的研究

摘    要:以四氯化锡为催化剂 ,正丁酸和正丁醇为原料合成了丁酸丁酯。最佳合成条件 :以 0 .2 mol正丁酸为基准 ,醇酸摩尔比 1 .4,催化剂用量 2 .5 g,反应时间 1 .5 h,酯收率 90 .0 %。研究表明该催化剂具有催化活性高 ,稳定性好 ,价廉易得 ,后处理工艺简单 ,不需加带水剂 ,无腐蚀性 ,不污染环境以及能重复使用等优点

Abstract:In the presence of SnCl 4·5H 2O catalyst, n butanoic acid and n butanol reacted to form butyl butyrate. The optimum conditions were as follows: 0.2 mol n butanoic acid, molar ratio of n butanol to n butanoic acid, 1.4 ; mass of catalyst, 2.5 g; reaction time, 1.5 h. Under these conditions the yield of butyl butyrate was 90.0% . Experimental results showed that the catalyst had many advantages, such as high activity, good stability, easy preparation, lowcost, easy post treatment process and no need of using taking water agent. It was also non corrosive and non pollutant to the environment, and it could be used repeatedly.
