聚合羟基铝改性杭锦2~#土对磷酸根的吸附性能研究

摘    要:以杭锦2#土为原料,先经盐酸活化,再用聚合羟基铝改性制得改性杭锦2#土,研究其对水溶液中磷的吸附性能。结果表明:改性杭锦2#土对磷酸根有较强的吸附去除作用;在磷浓度为10mg/L,pH值为5.0~9.0的范围内,吸附剂的浓度为8g/L,吸附时间为60min,温度为25℃时,对磷酸根的去除率为92%以上;吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温方程。并用改性杭锦2#土对生活污水中的磷进行了吸附,当改性杭锦2#土的用量为5.0g/L时,对磷的去除率为95.6%,达到我国废水综合排放的一级标准。

Abstract:Using the Hangjin 2~# clay as the raw material,the modified Hangjin 2~# clay was prepared by the activation of hydrochloric acid firstly and the modification of polyhydroxyl alumininm secondly.Its adsorption performance of phosphate in aqueous solution was studied.The results showed that the modified Hangjin 2~# clay had very strong adsorption and elimination action to phosphate.Its removal ratio to phosphate was 92% when the concentration of phosphate solution was 10 mg/L,the pH value was 5.0~9.0,the adsorbent dosage was 8g/L,the adsorption time was 60 min and the temperature was 25℃.The adsorption processing was accordance with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The modified Hangjin 2~# clay was also used in adsorbing the phosphate in domestic sewage,when the adsorbent dosage was 5.0g/L,the removal of phosphate could reach to 95.6%,which reached to the first class of national standard for synthetic sewage drainage.
