| 摘 要： | 研制的液控找堵水开关器包括普通型和多次重复型两种类型。两种开关器均通过从油套环空加液压控制井下开关器换向机构的换向动作 ,来改变开关器内进液及出液通道与油套环空的连通状态。液控找堵水开关器与封隔器等井下配套工具组配成机械找堵水管柱 ,可实施不动管柱多级分层、找水、堵水、调层生产等工艺。现场应用 115井次 ,其中调层生产 36口井 ,调层成功率 92 6 % ,累计增油 2 89万t ,降水 35 2 9万m3 ,减少作业 36井次

| Abstract: | The hydraulic controlled valve for water shut-off and water detection developed includes the common type and the repeatable type. Both of the two types of valves control the reversing of the downhole switch by hydraulic pressure in the tubing-casing annulus, thereby change the status of the connection between the fluid passage of the switch and the tubing-casing annulus. Field use shows that the hydraulic controlled valve is characterized by feasible reversing, reliable sealing and stable operation. |
