自然水体生物膜细菌细胞对铅镉吸附规律研究

摘    要:研究了长春南湖水中生物膜上优势菌种细胞体对铅和镉的吸附规律。通过Freundlich和Langmuir等温吸附曲线描述了生物膜吸附铅、镉的热力学过程。实验结果表明,两种金属在细菌细胞体上的吸附均遵守Langmuir和Freundlich热力学方程,就金属铅和镉的竞争吸附而言,镉的存在对铅的吸附有一定影响,能减少微生物细胞对铅的吸附,而铅的存在对镉的吸附影响很小。

Abstract:This paper investigates into the adsorption of cadmium and lead by dead bacteria cell in Nanhu Lake, Changchun City. Results show that the course of adsorption of the two metals com plies with both the Langmuir and the Freundlich isotherm equations. In terms of the competence of adsorption between the two metals, the presence of cadmium affects the adsorption of lead more remarkably than does lead to cadmium.
