摘    要:介绍用于宝钢冷轧厂2030mm全连续冷轧机上的变接触长度(VCL)支承辊新技术及其生产实绩。该技术对提高板形综合调控能力效果显著;对新建板带轧机或已有的旧式板带轧机的技术改造均有推广价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces the VCL(Varying Contact Length) back-up roll technology in 2030mm continuous cold rolling mill at Baosteel.This technology is a reference for setting up or modificating strip mills since it has achieved notable results in improving synthetical strip shape,such as the flatness,the crown and the edge drop.
