基于级联型逆变器的中压有源电力滤波器滞环电流矢量控制

摘    要:该文提出了一种基于级联多电平逆变器的中压有源电力滤波器滞环电流矢量控制方法.该方法以检测出的需补偿的电流作为指令电流,在复平面上进行滞环电流控制.考虑了实用性,在工程实际中采样频率与功率器件开关频率有限的情况下,根据误差电流矢量和逆变器输出参考电压矢量的大小和方向,在待选电压矢量中快速选出级联多电平逆变器最优输出电压矢量;并根据相邻采样周期对应开关状态变化最小的原则在大量冗余开关状态中选择最优开关状态,减少了开关次数,降低了开关损耗.仿真结果证明了其的正确性和实用性.

Abstract:This paper proposes a novel hysteresis current control method for medium voltage APF, based on cascaded multilevel inverter. The method, which is in terms of detected current that is realized as reference current, is executing hysteresis current control on complex plane. And the method also refers to the reality that sampling frequency and switching frequency of electronic instruments are limited. According to the length and direction of error current vector and reference voltage vector, the proposed method is fast choosing optimal output voltage vector among the vectors to be chosen. In addition, the method, based on the principle of minimization of the number of switching state changing of corresponding phase during adjacent sampling periods, can choose optimal switching state in a lot of redundant switching states. It can reduce switching frequency and suppress the loss of inverter. Simulation results show good agreement with the anticipated performance.
