| 摘 要： | 通过对预设、调核和信息中心三之间关系的分析，指出存在于语境之中的预设决定调核的位置，调核决定信息中心。在口头交际中调核的变化会影响语调的改变，从而达到凸显信息中心的目的。因此，在口头交际中预设对语调的选择发挥着决定性的作用。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the relationship among presupposition,nucleus and focus. I t points out that presupposition decides the position of nucleus.Different p osition of nucleus decides different intonation and marks different focus in ora l communication.Thus this article concludes presupposition decides intonation in oral communication. |
