| 摘 要： | 按常规计算方法调整轴承垫铁时，转子实际中心并不按预计的数值变化，存在一定误差，往往需要通过多次调整垫铁厚度，才能达到要求。通过计算分析找出了产生误差的原因和规律，并提出了正确计算垫铁调整量的方法，提高了检修工作效率。

| Abstract: | At the time of adjusting underlay iron of the bearing according to conventional calculation method, real centre of the rotor isn't varying in conformity with the estimated value, there is a certain error existing. It is often necessary only to adjust the thickness of underlay iron for many times the requirement can be achieved. Through calculation analysis, the causes and regularity leading to error occurence have been found, and a method of calculating correct adjustment quantity of the underlay iron being put forward, enhancing the efficiency of repair work. |
