随着国民经济的逐渐增长,城市综合体的设计,在城市更新发展的过程中占据了越来越重要的位置。社会关系的复杂化,经济活动的互动性,要求建筑设计不能再局限于单体自身,而是要更多地考虑建筑之间及建筑与环境的关系。以旅游业为主题的城市综合体,作为一种城市区域发展模式,具有鲜明的特征和典型的代表性。本文试图通过研究分析国外以旅游业为主题的城市综合体的典型案例,探讨其设计方法及原则,从而为我国城市综合体的设计提供相关参考。
