高钠废水代盐再生树脂的研究

摘    要:介绍了高含钠废水作为工业软化水钠型阳离子树脂再生液的可行性,其被利用来代盐再生树脂的关键是解决再生系统中硫酸钙的析出问题。当采用低硫酸根离子浓度(20~25 g/L)、高流速(8~10 m/h)和逆流再生操作时可有效防止硫酸钙的析出。高钠废水代盐再生时盐耗约150 g/mol,树脂工作交换容量在1mol/L以上,与常规树脂的工作交换容量相符。

Abstract:Feasibility of using the high sodium waste-water as the liquid that sodium-type cation resin is regenerated in the industral soft water is studied,the main problemsis in the process of resin regenerated using the high sodium waste-water is to solve that calcium ulphate is precipitated in the system.Results show that under the lower concentration of sulfuric acid root ion(20~25 g/L),the higher speed of flow(8~10 m/h) and the process of operation against flow regeneration,can availably prevent precipitates of calcium sulphate from the resin regenerative system.When the high sodium waste-water as the liquid of the disabled cation resin regenerated,the capacity of resin's work exchange is above 1 mol/L,the salt consumes is about 150 g/mol,and it conform to that of normal regulation.
