混合办公废纸酶法脱墨浆纤维形态的电镜分析

摘    要:利用扫描电镜对混合办公废纸酶法脱墨过程中纤维形态进行比较观察,探讨酶脱墨浆纤维形态的变化规律。本论文观察到酶脱墨经历3个过程和细小油墨在纤维细胞纹孔和纤维表面的不可逆沉积,由于粒径太小而不能被浮选和洗涤去除,导致脱墨浆中残余油墨的存在。

SEM Analysis of Fiber Morphology of Enzymatic Deinked Pulp of Mixed Office Waste
Abstract:The-fiber morphology during enzymatic deinking of mixed offic e w aste was examined by scanning electronic microscope (SEM) The results demonstra ted that there were three phases during enzymatic dinking We also found that th ere was irreversible sediment of small ink in the fibrocyte pits and surface of f iber of deinked pulp The tiny size of the ink couldn't be removed away by float ation or washing, and became the residual ink in the deinked pulp
