炼油机组的暂态稳定分析

针对兰州石化系统300万t/a重油催化装置22 MW同步电动/发电机能量回收机组接入兰州电网的实际情况,建立了考虑轴流压缩机影响的动态数学模型。根据该模型用电科院综合程序(PSASP)仿真计算了当四机组正常运行时,若发电机出口母线三相短路或无穷大母线三相短路,以及当四机组系统中因汽轮机或烟气轮机之一发生故障导致电动/发电机由发电状态转换为电动机状态时的机电暂态过程,在对这些暂态过程进行分析的基础上得出了具有指导实际工作的相关结论。

Transient Stability Analysis for Oil Refining Unit

Directing against the fact of connecting energy recovery,unit,i.e.22MW synchronous motor/generator of 3,000,000t/a heavy oil catalytic unit equipment in Lanzhou petrochemical system into the Lanzhou power network,a dynamic mathematical model with consideration of the influence of axial compressor has been established.Based on said model,the electromechanic transient pro- cess under normal operation of four units,at events of operating state of the motor/generator is varying from generation to that of mo- tor due to three-phase shortcircuit on generator's outlet buses or three-phase shortcircuit on infinite buses,as well as due to trouble occurred on steam turbine or gas turbine in the four units system,has been simulated and calculated by using the software PSASP. On the basis of analyzing the said transient process,related conclusion having guidance for practical operation has been obtained.
