砂磨机法在锆钛酸铅湿法粉碎中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种新型砂磨机的设备结构和砂磨机粉碎法的工作原理。将砂磨机粉碎法应用于锆钛酸铅粉料的湿法粉碎中,制得了颗粒平均粒径d50小于0.45!m的超细粉料。锆钛酸铅粉料的超细粉碎工业化生产试验表明,砂磨机粉碎法可以应用于陶瓷材料行业的颗粒超细粉碎工序中,若生产的产品对成本不敏感,则砂磨机粉碎法可以被广泛应用。

Abstract:A new kind of attrition milling machine was introduced and it's working mechanism was discussed.With the application of the new breaking method,a superfine powder of lead zriconate titante-based ceramics was produced,with a mean particle diameter d50 less than 0.45 μm.To practice the attrition milling in special ceramics field was possible if the product's cost rise by the introduction of the sand mill method was not sensitive.
