基于DSP控制的锂电池快充电路研究

摘    要:针对锂电池充电速度需要不断提升,而不同种类锂电池最佳充电策略不同的问题,对锂电池充电电路、充电方法等方面进行了研究,对不同充电电路的优缺点进行了归纳,提出了一种基于DSP28035控制的锂电池快充电路,可用于单体锂电池快速充电方法研究。用DSP28035采集电池电压电流对其进行了数字闭环控制,电路具有6 V~30 V的宽范围输入,Buck降压变换器用于电池充电,Boost升压变换器用于脉冲放电去极化,电池充放电电流均精确可调。改变DSP的程序可实现CC、CV、CCCV以及阶梯恒流充电、脉冲充电等多种形式的充电。利用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,并制作了充电样机,进行了锂电池充电测试。研究结果表明,该电路结构简单、控制方便,能够进行各种充电策略测试,能够实现过流、过压、过温保护,电路稳定性好、可靠性高。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of that Li-ion battery charging speed needed to be improved,while the best charging strategy issues of different types of lithium batteries vary.The advantages and disadvantages of different charging circuits and proposed was investigated.A fast charging circuit based on DSP28035 for lithium battery charging was presented to study on the fast charge method for lithium-ion batteries.Battery voltage and current were collected by DSP28035 with digital closed-loop control.A wide range of input 6 V-30 V was possessed with Buck converter for battery charging and Boost converter for pulse discharge depolarization.Battery charge and discharge current could be controlled accurately.CC,CV,CCCV and the staircase constant current charging,pulse charging and other forms of charging could be achieved through changing the DSP program.The lithium battery charging was tested by MATLAB/Simulink and charging prototype.The experimental results show that the circuit has the correct principle,simple structure and convenient control,which can be used for various charging strategy test.It can realize over-current,over-voltage and over-temperature protection.The circuit has good stability and high reliability.
