摘    要:针对捣固炼焦设备在作业时存在的问题,对捣固炼焦设备的捣固工作装置进行了研究。对国内外相关研究进行了归纳,确立了利用Duncan-Chang模型作为捣固炼焦中煤饼的本构模型的方法,通过实验装置获得了煤饼与煤箱之间的作用力分布,利用实验与仿真数据对比的方法,对煤饼本构模型及捣固动力学模型进行了验证,利用有限元的方法建立了模拟大型捣固炼焦设备捣固过程的动力学模型,通过对煤箱结构特性的分析,对煤箱结构进行了尺寸优化设计。研究结果表明:利用Duncan-Chang模型模拟煤饼的本构从而开发的动力学模型,可以较为精确模拟设备的实际捣固过程;进行尺寸优化后的煤箱结构可以满足实际作业时的强度及刚度要求,且设备的质量更轻,有着良好的经济性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of tamping coking equipment during operation, the working device of tamping coking equipment was studied. The related researchs at home and abroad were summarized, the method of using the Duncan-Chang model as the con-stitutive model of stamping coking briquette was established. The tamping experiment was carried out to obtain the distribution of the force between the briquette and box. The constitutive model of briquette and tamping dynamic model were verified with the method of comparison between experimental data and simulation data. Dynamic simulation model for the process that large tamping equipment tamped briquette was set up in finite element method. The size optimization of box structure was designed through the analysis of the box structure characteristics. The results indicate that the auther used the Duncan-Chang model to simulate the con-stitutive model of briqutte, then devolop the dynamic model to simulate the real stamping process accurately. The size-optimized structure of coal box, with less mass and high economic efficiency, can meet the requirements during the real operation.
