D4/MMvi有机硅中间体合成硅丙乳液及其建筑涂料的研究

摘    要:本文主要研究了八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)/四甲基二乙烯基硅氧烷(MMvi)体系的有机硅中间体制备相应硅丙乳液及其硅丙涂料,考察了不同有机硅形式、不同的有机硅加入量对乳液性能和涂料漆膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:有机硅中间体形式及10%有机硅含量均能使乳液的稳定性、涂料漆膜的耐老化性、耐洗刷性、耐粘污性达到理想状态。

Abstract:Study was made of silicone-acrylate emulsion polymerized with silicone intermediate system of D4/MMvi andarchitectural coating prepared with it. Influences of different forms and different additions of silicone on performance ofemulsion and performance of coating film were investigated. Testing results showed that the form of silicone intermediateand addition of 10% silicone both could make stability of the emulsion and ageing resistance, scrubbing resistance and stainresistance of the coating film desirable.
