| Abstract: | Software process improvement is the key issue of the software development at present .The paper shows us how to improve the ability of a organization in developing software projects through implementing SPI Project .As a common project ,the SPI Project has its genial characteristics and its special characteristics .The paper not only shows us the characteristics of SPI project as a project but also gives us advice on the method of organizing and managing it . |
