| 摘 要： | 针对准噶尔盆地陆东地区石炭系火山岩储层地层压力复杂、井漏严重、二叠系和石炭系岩石强度高、钻速慢,钻探火山岩的储层保护难度大等主要技术难点,从陆东地区地质资料分析、基础理论研究和现场参数统计入手,结合室内实验和模拟数据,并与国内外成熟的钻、完井技术整合配套,开展了地层压力评价与井身结构优化研究,尝试应用防漏堵漏新工艺和新材料,进行PDC钻头和欠平衡钻井技术现场试验,制定了相应的火山岩储层保护技术措施和低压易漏地层固井工艺方案。通过多项技术攻关和现场试验,取得了可喜的钻探效果,为陆东地区裂缝性火山岩气藏勘探开发提供了技术保障。
