摘 要: | HDGA-5沸石催化剂可用于乙苯乙烯烷基化生成对乙苯。试验结果表明,随催化剂表面总酸量降低,催化剂活性降低;随催化剂表面酸中心强度降低和微孔有效扩散系数减小对位选择性增加。具有较低酸强度和较小微孔有效扩散系数的HDGA-5沸石催化剂用于乙苯乙烯烷基化时,连续反应250小时,其平均活性为19.36mol%,对二乙苯选择性为91.21%,烷基化选择性为83.27%。再生后连续反应200小时,其平均活性为18.67%。对二乙苯选择性为91.89%,烷基化选择性为83.05%。上述结果表明该催化剂具有较好的活性、稳定性和再生重复性。

Alkylation of Ethylbenzene with Ethylene to Form paraDiethylbenzene Directly over HDGA-5 Zeolite Catalysts |

Abstract: | Alkvlation of ethylbenzene with ethylene to form p-diethyl-benzene over HDGA-5 zeolite catalysts has been studied. The catalyst activity decreases with decreasing number of surface acidic sites. The para-selectivity, however, increases with reducing strength of surface acidic sites or decreasing effective diffusivity of micropore. A HDGA-5 zeolite catalyst with lower acidic strength and smaller effective diffusivity is used for the alkylation. In continuous run of 250h, the catalytic activity, the para-selectivity and the selectivity of alkylation are respectively 19.36mol%, 91.21% and 83.05%, and those after regeneration of the catalyst are respectively 18.67%, 91.89% and 83.05% for continuous run of 200h. |
