摘    要:针对基于静态统计的传统评估方法难以准确描述和实时反映天波超视距雷达探测性能受传输信道电离层的影响,提出了一种基于参量动态配平的雷达性能评估方法。该方法通过对表征雷达探测能力和环境因素的多个特征参量进行动态配平和统计,获得雷达探测性能状态值。通过试验仿真表明,该方法比传统方法与实际情况的一致性更好。该方法可作为雷达性能评估与优化的依据,也可为雷达工作参数实时调整提供决策支持。

Abstract:The traditional performance assessment method based on static statistics could not accurately describe and disclose the influence of transmission channel ionosphere to the detection ability of sky wave over-the-horizon radar. In this paper, a new assessment method based on dynamical parametric scaling has been proposed. The assessment value of radar performance is calculated with multiple weighted parameters which are the mirrors of radar ability and environment after dynamical scaling and counting. With the experimental simulation, it is demonstrated that the new method has more consistent with the real result. The value would be the evidence of radar performance and optimization, and also the support of operating parameters tuning.
