摘    要:该文以金华电网调度SCADA系统为背景,分析了地区电网调度SCADA数据实时性和可靠性降低的原因;指出了地区电网调度SCADA系统采用传统远动方式直接采集变电站数据的模式存在的一些不足之处。提出采用新技术、新方法改变原有的数据采集模式和采集方式,提高调度SCADA数据的实时性和可靠性,消除电网运行的安全隐患,并且节省资源、降低维护工作量。该项研究成果已实际应用于金华电网,并取得了良好的实用效果。

Abstract:With the SCADA system of Jinghua power grid dispatch as the background, this thesis analyzed the factors leading to the lower real time and reliability of SCADA data and the disadvantages of traditional data collecting model of SCADA system.This thesis offers some new ideas and techniques to alter the old collecting model and collecting methods, through which the real time and reliability of SCADA data can be improved, and the hidden dangers in the operation of the power grid can be demolished, Besides resource can be saved and workload can be reduced. This research has been applied in Jinghua power grid and has achieved the desired result.
